This is a bullet hell game where you can't shoot.
However, you can hit red bullets to damage the Kappa (boss).

Controls :
Movement- > WASD or Arrow Keys
Focus -> LShift or RShift
Attack -> Left Mouse Button or Z key

If you want to return to the main menu in the game over screen : Press Esc
